disappointed.
“First of all at 0900 upon arrival to my reception venue, I realize they have brought the wrong tent for my wedding reception, we had 24 hours to set up the venue. The tent placed on the Deck was un-level, one side was higher than the other. The Bar stands they assembled were done incorrectly. When attempting to put the curtains on the bars I ordered, we, a group of girls with no real power tools available for use, realized the bars were set up improperly and we had to get assistance to unscrew and disassemble/reassemble to fix the problem. Luckily I had a lot of supportive people around me telling me that the most important thing about my wedding was the actual marriage, so I maintained composure, no Bride-zilla...When I called the company in tears the day before my wedding... the day of the rehearsal, they did not offer me a discount for bringing the wrong tent, they just suggested to me that the cost of my rentals would decrease since the tent they brought was smaller than the one I ordered. The people were nice enough, but this is just poor customer service. I am a pretty easy going person, but at a stressful time like this, this stuff was the last thing I should have had to worry about! Really disappointed. I ended up having to pay the entire amount, no discount, paid for the crap tent I never ordered” -
